How are we keeping our customers informed on latest updates related to Covid-19?

No, this new measure does not apply to public transport and will not affect your travel as our vessels don’t carry more than 40.
How is physical distancing maintained on the ferries?
Physical distancing on-board our vessels is required, and we suggest passengers maintain 1-2 metres of distance with other passengers at all times. With very few passengers on board right now, maintaining a this distance is achievable. We have set out a seating plan with coloured duct tape to indicate which seats should be used and our crew are monitoring the situation on board
Why am I giving you my name and contact details via a passenger register?
Passengers are asked to sign a passenger register each time they take a trip with us. Your ferry route and contact details are recorded to assist with contact tracing if required in future. This allows us to understand who is travelling on board with us and share the information with the Ministry of Health if required. This information will be disposed of once the contact tracing timescale expires.
How are you cleaning on board the vessels?
We have increased cleaning of all key touch points & surfaces in addition to the normal cleaning regime we perform for our facilities.
